About Megan Holt: There are two things that started this journey for Megan: a battle with cystic acne and a desire to pursue a career in the fashion industry. Her move to California prompted the urge for a healthy lifestyle change while she pursued her dream. With a vision of clearing her skin through diet, she focused on nutrition and exercise. However, her interest grew into an obsession that later became an eating disorder. In addition, her fashion career led to chronic stress which sent her health into a downward spiral. After years of imbalance, Megan finally took matters into her own hands. With self education and some help, she discovered the tools within herself to turn her mind and health around. This blog shares the tools, experiences, and information that she uses to understand and enhance her overall state of well being.
